NAČIN PRIPREME:

Lignje – dobro operite, očistite i skuhajte, pipke sitno isijecite. Na ulju pržite korjenasto povrće, luk i pipke. Posolite, pobiberite, prelijte vinom, te kuhajte. Kada se smjesa ohladi, dodajte mrkvu, sir, jaje, peršun i miješajte. S tako pripremljenim nadjevom punite lignje, te ih pričvrstite čačkalicama. Svaku lignju probosti čačkalicom radi soka. Pečemo u pećici. Kada su lignje gotove, isijecite ih na kolutove i servirajte.
